Scandpower has signed Heads of Terms with Lloyd’s Register

Scandpower has signed Heads of Terms with Lloyd’s Register (LR) to let LR acquire 100% of Scandpower’s share capital. This implies that Scandpower will be part of an international network with 240 offices in 80 countries and more than 6000 employees.
