Safe Operations (SAFOP) is a method for analysing work processes and procedures in order to identify and evaluate risk factors.
SAFOP is a powerful tool for risk assessment of new (planned) or changed operations and is applicable for all activities where a written procedure shall be used, e.g. material handling, crane operations, maintenance, marine activities etc.
