Well structured, documented and implemented systems are necessary for effective management and control of critical or risk-exposed operations. Scandpower can meet all your needs in one integrated and efficient management system.

Well structured, documented and implemented systems are necessary for effective management and control of critical or risk exposed operations. Risk may be related to life and environment, market, contractual or regulatory requirements, normally also combined with financial risk.

Process Mapping, Analysis and Improvement

Are your processes carried out in an efficient manner? Do you know which processes add value to operations, and which represent cost drivers? By mapping and analysing the work processes, Scandpower will establish the basis for process improvements. Experience shows that there are considerable opportunities for better and more cost-effective work processes in all organisations.

Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management Systems

A high level of control is necessary when the risk exposure is connected to human life, environmental pollution or important material assets. Furthermore, regulatory authorities stipulate extensive requirements to companies in oil & gas, energy, transport and other industrial sectors. An effective HSE system is therefore a critical success factor in such business areas.

Quality Management Systems

Quality means fulfilment of the user’s needs and expectations. Whether the user is an external client, internal unit or other stakeholder, it is always necessary to have systems to ensure that requirements and expectations are agreed upon, critical activities controlled, necessary verifications performed and required documentation prepared.

Adherence to Standards

If relevant, Scandpower will apply recognised international standards as basis for your specific management system.

Integrated Systems

Do you feel confused and frustrated about different system requirements? Do not worry, Scandpower can combine all your needs and requirements into one integrated and efficient management system.

Verification / Review / Regulatory Compliance

Accident investigation

The ultimate aim of all investigations is to prevent recurrence. It is therefore vital to understand why faults occur and how we can prevent them from developing into accidents. Then the knowledge can be used in a proactive way.

Safety documentation

A vital part of a functioning safety management system is up-to-date safety documentation. The safety documentation should include specific descriptions of the technical systems, the technical conditions, the organization, procedures, standards, risk levels, training and other relevant aspects for the safety in the system. In many industries this safety documentation is assembled in a safety case.

RAMS

The RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety) process includes all management levels implicitly in the analyses. Thus, the RAMS process can be looked upon as a knowledge and management process were operational experience is analysed and evaluated with respect to previous analyses/experience, causes and effects and actions. This forms a proper foundation for decision making and the right decision concerning necessary changes in the operation, maintenance or technical systems can be made.
